1. Agreement to Terms

2. Storage Unit Usage
2.1 Eligibility
Storage units are available to individuals and businesses aged 18 and over. By renting a unit, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
2.2 Access
Customers are granted access to their storage units during the facility's operating hours. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have your access keys or codes at all times.
2.3 Security
Lambeth Storage employs security measures such as surveillance cameras and secure access protocols. However, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings stored in our facility.
3. Payment Terms
- Rental Fees: Storage fees must be paid monthly in advance. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued in accordance with our refund policy, which is available upon request.
4. Rental Period and Termination
The rental agreement commences on the date specified in your lease and continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
5. Responsibilities of the Customer
- Proper Use: Customers must use storage units solely for lawful purposes and must not store hazardous or illegal items.
- Insurance: It is recommended that customers obtain insurance to cover their stored items, as Lambeth Storage does not provide coverage for personal property.
- Maintenance: Customers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of their storage units.
6. Restrictions
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal substances
- Vehicles or machinery
Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement and possible legal action.
7. Liability
Lambeth Storage is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our facilities. Our liability is limited to the amount of rental fees paid by the customer for the storage unit.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lambeth Storage operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
9. Amendments
Lambeth Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
Upon termination of the rental agreement, customers must vacate their storage units by the specified date. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and possible legal action to recover the stored items.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lambeth Storage regarding the use of our storage services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
